Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the ValuCurve website (valucurve.com) and the ValuCurve Discord bot collect, why, and how it is handled. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
• Membership: your subscription status and plan. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Discord (only if you connect it): your Discord user ID and whether you currently hold the designated VIP role on the connected server. That is all the bot reads. It does not read your messages, profile details, or any other server data.

What we do not collect

We do not read your Discord messages. We do not store your payment card details. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Why we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To provide and bill your membership.
• To grant site access to existing Discord community members by checking a single role, and to remove it if that role is later lost.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the Service: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments), our email provider (sign-in and account email), Discord (role checks, only if you connect Discord), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide its part of the Service. We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep your account and membership data while your account is active. If you disconnect Discord, we stop checking your role and remove the stored Discord link. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.

Your choices

• Connecting Discord is optional; you can use ValuCurve without it.
• You can cancel your membership any time from your account page.
• You can request access to, or deletion of, your data by emailing us.
