Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the ValuCurve website at valucurve.com and the ValuCurve Discord bot (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What ValuCurve is

ValuCurve shows a plain-English read on whether a US stock looks cheap or expensive versus its own long-term valuation history, using end-of-day market data. It is an information tool only.

Not investment advice

Everything on the Service is for general information and education. It is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Figures may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should do your own research or consult a licensed professional. Investing carries risk, including loss of principal.

Accounts and membership

Some features require an account and a paid membership, or free access granted through our Discord. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Paid memberships are billed through Stripe on the plan you choose and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

The Discord bot

The ValuCurve Discord bot only reads whether a member holds a designated role on the connected server, so the website can grant access to existing community members. The bot does not read your messages, and it does not create, change, or remove any roles, channels, or server settings.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its data in bulk.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful.

Data and third parties

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and is not guaranteed to be accurate or timely. Payments are handled by Stripe and sign-in by our authentication provider; their terms also apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValuCurve is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, including any investment losses.

Changes

We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
